ISAT U- Leon Campus, Office of the SSEDMM Spearheads KKK: Kapatiran Tungo sa Kalinisan ng Kapaligiran
Cleaning the surroundings and planting trees are very important aspects of protecting the environment. By planting more trees, it would contribute in restoring lost forest, in repairing damaged ecosystems and in mitigating climate changes.
ISAT U- Leon Campus, Office of the SSEDMM conducted tree planting activity and cleanup drive in the campus last March 3, 2023 from 3:00 until 5 in the afternoon. The ”KKK: Kapatiran Tungo sa Kalinisan ng Kapaligiran” aimed to increase the resilience of ecosystem through planting of trees, fighting climate change and reducing of the greenhouse gasses. In addition it could improve the natural environment and sustain cleanliness in the campus.
ISAT U Leon Campus students, faculty, and staff actively participated in the said activity. They were happy to do their part in protecting the environment.
