ISAT U Leon Campus installs Potable Water Supply
   Potable water supply was installed at the Food Service Center of ISAT U Leon Campus. This water processing facility did undergo Physico-Chemical Water Analysis Test, twice at Western Visayas Medical Center, Mandurriao, Iloilo City. Results showed that the water sample complied with the standard values set by the DOH AO No. 2017-0010 for the parameters analyzed. With this the university was given Physico-Chemical Test Certificate by the Waterlab Water Testing Laboratory Incorporated.
  On April 11, 2023, another water sample was brought for Microbiological Examination, at the Department of Pathology Water Analysis Section, Western Visayas Medical Center, Mandurriao, Iloilo City and the result was released last April 17, 2023, PASSED.
   Based on the attached accomplished sanitary survey results, ISAT U was issued Drinking Water Site Clearance by Hon Ma. Lina C. Holipas, Municipal Mayor, Leon, Iloilo.
  Through the recommendation of Leon Drinking Water Quality Monitoring Committee, Certificate of Potability was granted by Dr. Grace A. Candado, Municipal Health Officer.
   At present ISAT U Food Service Center is supplying potable drinking water to students free of charge, as well as the different offices of the university.
  The objective of this potable water supply is to stop students and university personnel in patronizing bottled water and bringing them inside the campus.
   In addition, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geographical and Astronomical Service Administration (PAGASA) kept on informing Filipino people of the heat index rising everyday all over the country so to do away heat strokes drinking a lot of water is highly recommended.
  ISAT U Leon Campus potable water supply is the answer.
