ISAT U Leon Campus submits its Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001:2015 2nd Internal Quality Audit
  The 2nd Internal Quality Audit was conducted on April 28, 2023 at the Audio-Visual Room, ISAT U Leon Campus in conformance with ISO 9001:2015 Standards by the Internal Quality Auditors from ISAT U Campuses headed by Dr. Renelda P. Nacianceno, Director University Quality Assurance Office and Professor Arsenio Montaňo as IQA Team Leader.
   The 2nd Internal Quality Audit was conducted on April 28, 2023 at the Audio-Visual Room, ISAT U Leon Campus in conformance with ISO 9001:2015 Standards by the Internal Quality Auditors from ISAT U Campuses headed by Dr. Renelda P. Nacianceno, Director University Quality Assurance Office and Professor Arsenio Montaňo as IQA Team Leader.
  The audit commenced with the opening program wherein Dr. Julito C. Aligaen, Campus Administrator welcomed all the internal quality auditors. Â
This was followed by the opening meeting lead by Prof. Montaňo where he stated the purpose and coverage of the Internal Quality Audit, the Introduction of the Internal Quality Team, and the presentation of Audit Scope and Timetable. Dr. Eric James P. Talagon introduced the auditees or process owners of the 22 offices to be audited and followed by the Internal Quality Audit proper.
A closing meeting was conducted for the report of audit findings were the Internal Quality Auditors raised 37 observations and no Minor-conformances.
  Dr. Aligaen showed his statement of commitment and support that all findings will be addressed by the administration properly for the continued improvement of its QMS.
  Furthermore, certificates of recognition were awarded to the Internal Quality Audit Team. The audit concluded with a closing remark given by Mrs. Mary Antonette A. Baylosis, Head of Instruction.Â
  The main purpose of the activity is to determine whether the quality management system conforms to planned arrangement as to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and is implemented effectively, regularly maintained and is suitable to achieve objectives.
  In the afternoon a Local Management Review meeting was conducted to note down the observations to be complied by the process owners.
