ISAT U Leon Campus Submits its Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001:2015 1st Internal Quality Audit
   The 1st Internal Quality Audit was conducted on September 20, 2023, at the Audio-Visual Room, ISAT -U Leon Campus in conformance with ISO 9001:2015 Standards by the Internal Quality Auditors from ISAT U Campuses headed by Dr. Renelda P. Nacianceno, Director University Quality Assurance.
   The audit started with the opening program. Dr. Julito C. Aligaen, Campus Administrator welcomed all the internal quality auditors.
   Dr. Renelda P. Nacianceno discussed the QMS and IQA concerns. She stated the purpose and coverage of the Internal Quality Audit, the Introduction of the Internal Quality Team, and the presentation of the Audit Scope and Timetable.
   Dr. Eric James P. Talagon, Internal Quality Auditor, introduced the auditees or process owners of the 22 offices to be audited and followed by the Internal Quality Audit proper.
   In the afternoon, a closing meeting was conducted for the report of audit findings. Dr. Julito C. Aligaen expressed his statement of commitment and support that all findings will be addressed by the administration properly for the continued improvement of its QMS.
   Certificates of recognition were awarded to the Internal Quality Audit Team. The audit concluded with a closing remark of Mr. Melchor D. Cala-or, Head of Instruction. He expressed his gratitude to all the process owners and internal auditors.
