
ISAT U Leon Cadet Ranks Top 3 in Academic Proficiency in Regional ROTC Training
Cadet Captain Joshua Jay A. Andea of Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U) Leon Campus earned the Top 3 rank in Academic Proficiency during the Regional Summer Cadre Training (RSCT) and Advance ROTC Academic Phase Training (ARAPT) Class 31–32, also known as Class KAMPILAN.
Andea achieved the distinction among 504 graduating cadets representing six provinces across the Panay Region. The training was conducted at Camp General Adriano D. Hernandez in Dingle, Iloilo.
The RSCT-ARAPT training is an intensive, month-long program designed to enhance combat readiness, leadership capabilities, academic proficiency, and physical endurance of ROTC cadets. The training prepares participants for their future roles as reserve officers who will serve the nation in times of need.
Cadet Captain Andea’s outstanding performance not only highlights his personal commitment to excellence but also brings pride and honor to the ROTC unit and the entire ISAT U community.
