The best gifts we can share are those that bear fruits. True to this, the Parents’ Affairs and Relations (PAR) Office, in collaboration with the Integrated Income and Resource Generation Program (IIRGP) of Leon Campus spearheaded the “Gold and Blue to Greening ISAT U, a Fruit Tree Growing Activity,” last January 30 – 31, 2025.
More than 300 various seedlings of fruit- bearing trees were distributed and planted in the vacant spaces of all ISAT U Campuses. Participants in the said initiative were selected faculty, staff, students, and parents, with the full support of university officials.
“We are looking forward to harvesting the fruits of what we have planted in the next few years,” said Mr. Francis Sendin, the project manager of the nursery and acted as the resource person.
Other facilitators from Leon Campus were Ms. Alyssa Joy Caldina, Ms. Marika Anne Antonio, Mr. Michael Ray Burlas and Ms. Ainy Layes, from the office of the National and International Affairs (NIA).
