Leon Campus Triumphs at Parangal 2026: Faculty and Staff Honored for Service Excellence

Iloilo Science and Technology University successfully held 11th Charter Anniversary: Parangal 2026 on May 18, 2026, at the University’s covered gym. The program recognized faculty members and employees of the whole ISAT U system, who demonstrated outstanding service, contribution, and dedication in their respective fields during the year 2025. The recognition program was anchored on the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) of ISAT U.

The program recognized faculty members and employees of the whole ISAT U system, who demonstrated outstanding service, contribution, and dedication in their respective fields during the year 2025. The recognition program was anchored on the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) of ISAT U.

 Leon Campus faculty and staff members were recently recognized for their outstanding service and dedication to excellence. Among the honorees were Dr. Garily C. Camatison who received dual recognition as the Most Outstanding Head of Office (Campus Category) and Best Quality Assurance Officer (System-wide Category), while Dr. Eric James P. Talagon was named both Best Assistant Professor and Best Internal Quality Auditor (Campus Category). Additionally, individual honors were awarded to Dr. Gilbert Stanly D. Baylosis for Best Institutional Accreditor (Campus Category), Mr. Jeriel T. Caonan for Best Administrative Staff (Campus Category), Mr. Ronie C. Taño as the Huwarang Kawani (First Level- Campus Category), and Ms. Jeremy C. Lamoste as the Malikhaing Manunudlo (Campus Category). These accolades highlighted the university’s unwavering commitment to instructional excellence and high-quality public service.

 The event gathered faculty, staff, deans, and department heads to celebrate the achievements of the ISAT U community. An intermission from the university’s cultural group formed part of the program, adding a festive atmosphere to the formal recognition. The event served not only as a recognition program but also as a way to inspire employees to continue embodying the commitment and goals of the university, fostering a culture of appreciation among its human resources across all campuses.
