Bachelor of Science in Agriculture undergo Level III Phase 2 AACCUP Accreditation

In pursuit of achieving quality education, the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture of ISAT U Leon Campus underwent accreditation by the Accrediting Agency and Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) from November 30 to December 2, 2022.

The 3-day virtual accreditation evaluated the different educational activities of the mentioned degree program specifically in the following areas; Instruction, Extension, Library and Faculty Development.

Esteemed Accreditors were composed of exceptional educators from different State Universities and Colleges. The cluster 2 overall coordinator, Dr. Jaime M. Forbes of Bataan Peninsula State University was joined by Dr. Adolfo C. Manuel of Cavite State University as the team leader for ISAT U Leon Campus together with Dr. Norberto N. Tadeo Jr. of Isabela State University and Dr. Liza M. Tamargo of Ifugao State University.

Dr. Manuel applauded the clarity and organized report of each area. He also commended the pleasing cover page of the narrative report as well as the video presentation. The accreditors stressed the importance of strengthening extension programs and research capacity of the university.

Dr. Julito C. Aligaen, the Campus Administrator, acknowledged cooperation of all faculty and staff most especially the local accreditation task force for their hard work and dedication.
