WE for Gender Equality, WE for Inclusive Society
The 2023 National Women’s Month celebration continued to advance women’s rights as it sets off a new recurring theme from this year to 2028: WE for gender equality and inclusive society. Iloilo Science and Technology University Leon campus joined the celebration with a series of activities participated in by students, faculty and staff.
A Quiz Bee contest represented by the different degree programs and year levels aimed to increase awareness on Gender and Development as well as women’s significant contribution in the country.
Students with artistic abilities joined the Art Contest and shared their visions of a Gender Equality and Inclusive Society.
2023 Women's Month Art Contest
Faculty and staff displayed their artistry by decorating their respective offices with recycled materials bannering the Women’s Month Celebration theme. They also availed of free medical laboratory check up.
ISAT U Leon Campus persisted in creating equal opportunities to all students most especially in the field of Agriculture and equipping them with skills necessary for the globally competitive economy.
We begin this new era of the National Women’s Month Celebration with the hope and ambition that WE are all for Gender Equality, WE are all for an inclusive society.
