QMS Updates and Workshop
As an educational institution committed to serve a lot of Filipino citizens, universities and colleges are responsible for organizing their offered activities and ensuring their quality in order to be able to satisfy customers’ requirements.
With the goal to coordinate and to direct an organization’s activities so to meet customers’ regulatory requirements and improve the effectiveness and efficiency on a continuous basis, ISAT U Leon Campus held this “QMS Updates and Workshop”.
The said activity was conducted at ISAT U Leon Campus on March 19, 2021 attended by the faculty and staff with Prof. Arsenio P. Montaño, Extension Head of ISAT U Miag-ao Campus, as an invited speaker.
This activity involved lectures that included updates on quality forms/documents (QF-UQA-29-32), identifications of risks and opportunities and scoring, evaluation on action/s taken to address the risks and opportunities, packaging of documents (record management) and workshop. Presentation and critiquing of outputs consumed the whole afternoons’ session.
The activity commenced with a closing remarks given by Prof. Wyonna C. Caldito, Quality Assurance Officer of ISAT U Leon Campus.
